XpressHAND is seeking energetic and self-motivated professionals to join its Sales Team. The successful sales candidate will focus on identifying and targeting new business opportunities as well as develop and implement strategies to gain business.

Sales Person:

- Candidates must have an understanding of web design    terms. General knowledge of some programming language is    desirable.
- A candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in    business development or sales area.
- A degree in Marketing is preferred or 4 years direct web    development experience.
- A candidate must have exceptional communication skills,    be able to write proposals and assist our design team in    defining directives and goals through project completion.
-  Fluency in one or several foreign languages is also desirable.

Property Assistant:

- Must own a PC and be able to send and receive email
- Must own a digital camera and be able to use it well
- Must have knowledge of attaching photos to email
- Knowledge of photography art is desirable
- Must be able to drive out to view apartments and take   photos
- Must be keen to notice things and take notes
- Fluency in Chinese or French is an asset
