XpressHAND is seeking energetic and self-motivated professionals to join its Sales Team. The successful sales candidate will focus on identifying and targeting new business opportunities as well as develop and implement strategies to gain business.


1.   Marketing & Sales Coordinator:



Job Responsibilities:

- Create and implement marketing strategies for the company.
- Find prospective tenants and clients.
- Follow up with inquiry through emails, phone and other communication means.
- Generate correspondence/information for prospective clients.
- Create collateral marketing and promotional materials.
- Conduct research on potential customers.
- Assist administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
- Four-year college business degree preferably in marketing or advertising major.
- At least 3 years of work experience in marketing and sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written
- Proven track records in sales.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be computer and Internet savvy
- Self-disciplined, creative, result-oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Multilingual ability is an asset.
- Broadband Internet access (You must have a fast Internet connection).



2.  Property Assistant:

Qualifications:
- Must own a PC and be able to send and receive email
- Must own a digital camera and be able to use it well
- Must have knowledge of attaching photos to email
- Knowledge of photography art is desirable
- Must be able to drive out to view apartments and take   photos
- Must be keen to notice things and take notes
- Multilingual ability is an asset.
