Q: How long does it take to process and ship orders?
A: All orders received Tuesday through Friday prior to 1:00 p.m. EST normally will be processed the same business day. Orders received on Monday will be processed on Tuesday due to the high volume incurred from the weekend. Orders from outside Canada & USA may be a little delayed because of payment process. Military, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders being shipped via the US Postal Service will be delayed one business day.

Q: What is the delivery time for orders?

A:  Orders are shipped from USA.  Delivery days are determined by UPS World Wide Shipping, if your packages are not sent via the US Postal Service. Regular ground shipments by UPS take from 1 to 6 days depending on your location.

Q: What is the quantity available for a product?
A: We stock various quantities of merchandise. However, we deal in fast moving merchandise, so quantities change daily.

Q: What will it cost to ship?
A: We ship United Parcel Service regular ground unless an expedited shipping method is selected. You’ll easily know your shipping cost by using the UPS shipping cost calculation box found on our store.

Q: How can we pay for our order?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

Q: Is my credit card information secure?
A: Yes. Our shopping cart uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which follows strict guidelines and protocols, a state of encryption technology compatible with Netscape, Explorer, and AOL's browser.

Q: How quickly do you respond to email?
A: We will attempt to answer your email within 24 hours. Incoming email from the weekend may require up to 36 hours to be answered.

Q: What about returns?
A: We guarantee 100% satisfaction or your money back, no questions asked. All electronic products are guaranteed for 90 days from the original date of purchase. Q: What about SalesTax?
A: A 7% Sales Tax will apply to any order that is being shipped within the State of Florida. A Florida Sales Certificate is required to void this tax.  If you have a Florida Sales Certificate, you may fax a signed copy to
