But what's the difference between XpressHAND and other online property listings? Unlike most online property listing companies, we do NOT charge any fee to list your property. We are not like some online property listings, which post your property and then will not bother if it ever gets to the target market. At XpressHAND, we go to great lengths to promote your property to find qualified tenants as if we were the landlord. We are in the business to offer satisfaction to both landlords and tenants. Furnished Property

Clean and well maintained, with modern stove and fridge, preferably also a dishwasher, with either in-suite or on-site washer & dryer. Kitchen utensils, eating ware, breakfast table & chairs are available, preferably also a microwave. The bedroom is furnished with a bed, pillows, bedlinen, night table, table lamp, dresser and mirror, drawers, closet. The bathroom has a bathtub, and a cabinet with a mirror, towels and tissue provided. The living room is equipped with TV, audio/video, coffee table, sofa & chairs, end table. The place has window coverings, bathroom curtain, telephone, A/C, heating, and internet access, preferably also parking. Amenities are a plus, like 24-hr security, den, remote control, close to public transport, grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants.

The property must be located in a good, safe neighbourhood.

The building is no more than 5 years old. If the building is older but nice and well maintained, please contact us here.

The property must be available for a minimum term of 3 months. A shorter term can be applicable---please contact us first here.

Unfurnished Property

Clean and well maintained, with modern stove and fridge, preferably also a dishwasher, with either in-suite or on-site washer & dryer. The bedroom has a bathtub, preferably also a shower stall, and a cabinet with a mirror. The place has telephone, A/C, heating, and Internet access, preferably also parking. Amenities are a plus, like 24-hr security, office space, study room, den, balcony, yard, remote control, close to public transport, grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants.

The property must be located in a good, safe neighbourhood.
