To use our housing service to find a nice and affordable apartment or home for you, there is a housing service fee (“fee”) to pay us. The amount of this fee depends on the type of accommodation you are looking for. The fee is decided and let known to you after we have received the description of the apartment you are seeking.

The fee minus CA$ 75.00 (please see “advance” below) is payable to us when you have agreed to rent a certain apartment that we have proposed to you, at the time that you require us to disclose its address or the contact address of its landlord to reserve the place and pay the rent to the landlord directly. (We monitor your booking with the landlord to help ensure that everything is running well).

In the remote case that you do not like the apartment when you have come to view it yourself, we will offer you a second option. If you prefer to have the fee back, only thirty percent (30%) of the fee-less-the-advance is refundable. Seventy percent (70%) of the fee-less-the-advance is not refundable.

When you have agreed to use our housing service, we will make an offer to you of apartments that we have seen in person and have reviewed and qualified according to your need, with photos taken by our own staff. There will be a one-time advance payment (“advance”) to make to us, which amounts to CA$ 75.00 (seventy five Canadian dollars). This advance is payable to us before you receive the offer from us. This advance is not refundable but is deductible from your fee.
